To streamline analysis and reduce the amount of video to process and review, it can be helpful to trim a video to a specific range of frames.
To do so, load a video, click on Edit in the Tool Panel, and select Trim.
Simply enter the frame range of interest and click Apply.
The seek bar is then limited to the selected frames, making navigation faster and more focused.
Downstream video exports will be confined to this range.
Trimming in vPrism is non-destructive. The original file is not altered, and the trim can be reset at any time via the History Stack.
