•       Cancellation and Refunds: Refunds will be provided when cancellation occurs 30 or more days before the course start date. Cancellation under 30 days will result in either a transfer of enrollment or credit towards a future course, at the discretion of the company.

•       Course Materials: All materials provided as part of a course, including slides, handouts, data sets, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Lightpoint Scientific and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our express written consent.

•       Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself professionally during all courses. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

•       Certifications and Credits: Any certifications, continuing education credits, or credentials associated with our courses are subject to the requirements and approval of the relevant issuing authority. Lightpoint Scientific makes no guarantees regarding third-party credit acceptance.
