TRAINING RESULTS

Attendees will learn the basics of frame timing and the primary photogrammetry techniques used to determine vehicle position and speed. A controlled test videos, created using a Reolink surveillance system and an instrumented vehicle, are used throughout the course to illustrate the photogrammetric methods. Results from each method are compared to the true vehicle speed to illustrate accuracy and sensitivities. This module serves to introduce attendees to the major methods and how to implement them. Future modules will show exactly, step-by-step, to perform each analysis.
